Asian Pacific AIDS Intervention Team (APAIT) has held a distinctive record of providing high quality through its vision - to advocate, educate, and achieve optimal health and well-being for vulnerable communities. APAIT's mission is to positively impact the quality of life for vulnerable communities experiencing behavioral health challenges, housing insecurity, and at-risk for HIV/AIDS.�

CarePortal is a technology platform that connects vulnerable children and families to people who have something to give. Social workers uncover the needs. CarePortal makes local churches aware, giving them a real-time opportunity to respond.

Jewish Friends of the American Military (JFAM) is a non-political, non-military organization that provides for wellbeing of the soldiers of the Jewish soliders in the United States Military, veterans and family members. Their mission is to offer educational, cultural, recreational, and social programs and facilites that provide hope, purpose, and life-changing support for the soldiers who protect the United States of America and Jews worldwide.�

BOSS exists to equip boys, especially boys of color, with the tools to succeed in school, in the community, and professionally, emphasizing STEAM, critical thinking/writing, and related fields. BOSS also leverages the power of sport to inspire boys to pursue greatness.

Toberman Neighborhood Center�s vision is to create a safe community where all youth and families are inspired to build a positive future. They build a healthy, vibrant community through addressing the challenges that prevent youth and families from reaching their full potential.
